Jessica Gamboa, Esq. is a founding partner of the firm and has been engaged in the practice of law for nearly 10 years. For the past several years, Jessica has managed the firm’s central valley office in Fresno, CA. She regularly represents employees with regard to wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Jessica has also assisted many insureds in their disputes with their insurance carriers with regard to claims for property damage and medical coverage.

She has volunteered her time to assist several legal aid organizations in the Los Angeles area, including Public Counsel and Communities for a Better Environment among others.

Jessica earned her law degree from the UCLA School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Prior to graduating from UCLA, she interned with California Rural Legal Assistance where she worked on a range of employment matters. Jessica is an active member of the State Bar of California.
