Ben is a talented and passionate attorney who serves the ever-growing number of Californians who have faced discrimination, harassment, unfair compensation, hostile work environments, and wrongful termination.

As an associate at Elkin Gamboa, LLP, Ben is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to those in need. Ben’s impressive educational background includes a law degree from UCLA School of Law, where he specialized in Media, Entertainment & Technology Law and Policy. During law school, Ben gained valuable appellate experience by externing for the honorable Raymond J. Ikola at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District. Additionally, he served as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he honed his research and advocacy skills by drafting motions and arguing them in court.

What sets Ben apart is his genuine desire to help those in need. In law school, he received the pro bono achievement award for his work with Legal Aid’s Elder Abuse Clinic in Santa Ana. This experience has only strengthened his commitment to advocating for justice on behalf of his clients.

Before embarking on his legal career, Ben was a successful professional musician. Ben graduated from UC Irvine with a bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Drama before touring and performing three highly acclaimed albums with his vocal group ARORA, signed with Verve Forecast Records (Universal).  The group was featured on Season 3 of NBC’s the Sing Off. In his spare time, Ben continues to pursue his passion for music.
